The $50,000 is down payment assistance with 0% interest with no required payments as a second mortgage. All prospective buyers must be able to qualify for a first mortgage. The down payment assistance is specifically for the grant homes built by the Pawnee City Community Foundation. A pre-approved loan and income requirements must be met.
